Been to Durham today wearing my blue away shirt [ not top ] man walking towards me had some kind of mag polo on had the badge.
As he neared me he looked sideways as not to make eye contact, very childish.

 

He was probably embarrassed, quite understandable for someone in Durham flying the flag for Northumberland.

Yep. Its the lies and rewriting history. One example. Coming out and saying the mags and Gateshead fc were always close friends and SAFC were always the enemy, ignoring that the mags voted Gateshead out of the league and repeatedly undermined them so they could pick up their support, while SAFC voted to keep Gateshead in the league and routinely before and afterwards helped and supported them. The way he used to crawl after Keegan. He once wrote a book about Keegan without his permission and when Keegan wanted compensation he literally cried that he'd never do anything to upset Keegan and that he'd rather hurt his own kids than upset Keegan.

I remember the north east footballer of the year in 1990 when he presented the awards. Gordon Armstrong won young player of the year and the look in his face when he gave him it made you think he that Armstrong has leprosy, yet his reaction when fat Micky Quinn won, you'd think he was about to pull down his pants and give him a BJ on stage the way he hugged and kissed him.
