Agreed. There's been an obvious change in our approach to signings, which must be down to him. We're not just focussing on young players any more. There are a few of them who've come in of course but we've also brought in players in their prime. A couple who've performed in this division before and two or three who've done it before in other leagues, some at higher levels. I'm sure they won't all being roaring successes and I'm still not 100% sure about our strikers but the potential squad looks to be a good mix of youth and experience.
