You ever been in one of those tropical downpours ? Mad amount of rain and so loud you can't hear the person next to you speak
I’ve been caught up in them a few times not out of choice Them ones are better enjoyed indoors and sound bare loud when hitting the windows but there’s something about that noise I find relaxing but a steady rainfall day I find refreshing to walk in no probs
Some cool pics starting to emerge from the massive swell a couple of days ago please log in to view this image
Would love to visit Pakistan. I bet there's some proper good hospitality there out in the sticks. Got caught in a crazy tropical storm in Mexcio once. Was hiking in the jungle near a place called Puerto Vallarta where they filmed Predator. I've never been in rain like that before, but the main thing that struck me was the sound. It was so loud you couldn't hear the sound of your own voice.
Yup ... working for Tesco - visited the Hindustan Service Centre in Bengaluru (Bangalore) ...staff restaurant was at the top of the building and had corrugated plastic / metal roofing... one of the downpours was so violent that we couldn't really speak because of the machine-gun like noise levels - incredible amount of rain ... huge puddles formed everywhere outside ... but then completely evaporated before we'd left for the day ... bizarre
Similar to the one I experienced in Mexico. When the storm had passed, the sun came out and within 30 mins the ground was dry again and you wouldn't even have known it had rained.
https://www.mumsnet.com/talk/am_i_being_unreasonable/5085960-peoples-attitudes-to-rain All cowering under shops eaves from the rain. I wanted just to go home after a long day. It's only water FFS. The way some people react to rain is truly pathetic imo.
