    It is quite funny we’re buying one of Norwich’s best players for £10 million. Highly rated central midfielder, only 25, addresses a position of need, and has a proven record at this level.

    However, he is notoriously injury prone. He was in his last year of his contract and available, but didn’t appear there was Premier League interest. Also, at £10 million, this feels like another move where we’ve potentially overpaid by quite a bit. £24 million plus (with add ons) for both McAteer and Nunez has the slight whiff of panic buys.

    Might as well be. The only problem we have with him is that he is Chilean and has never bothered to learn to speak English.

    I would If I went to work in Spain. It is a problem for a footballer if he can't speak English. Out of interest I live in France so I speak French!!

    So it looks like Ivan Azon is back on and we are signing Darnell Furlong from WBA. Both would be great signings, along with Nuñez. Would live the Norwegian lad too tho or am I being greedy!!
