    Think he’s lost a yard of pace and can’t play the role he played with us in the last Championship season. We know about he step up to the Prem already.

    Looks like we’re targeting a bit more end product, sadly, I’ve seen nothing from him (including in the loan last season) that makes me think that we should be persisting with him as a regular starter.

    His back seizing is a bit or a worry though. Back injuries are notoriously difficult.

    Hmm, I don't think I agree. If we're worried about availability, then Sargent has only played 26 and 32 games in the last Champ seasons. He's also never hit 20 goals, so I'm not sure I really have him marked up above the others we have. He hasn't got anything on his CV that they haven't

    I'm also not so sure that AA is 'done' yet. I do wonder if we could struggle to motivate him a bit, given his repeated falling short at PL level, but I would be interested to see him in a 4-2-3-1 with more fluid, dynamic midfielders around him

    I still think there could be a possibility of Armstrong leaving before Monday. Just a gut feeling that an unexpected departure happens.

    Ever the optimist - our biggest win so far this season just happened without him in the squad!

    Get rid of the dead wood + 2x AM / 2-3x Wingers & I’m happy with this window!
