    CARIBOO CUP WED 27-08-25

Bristol City head to Craven Cottage tonight for a 2nd round tie against premiership side Fulham.
Can Bristol City cause a upset and progress to round 3 or will the cottagers be to strong. One thing for sure i would take three points on Saturday against Hull as opposed to winning tonight-however winning both would be a great week.

I hope Struber keeps our key players on the bench or rests them for bigger fry and a more important game Saturday.
City have a sold out away following in London as we always normally do in the capital.
If city could win - a very lucrative game could come against one of the big boys in the premiership in the next round.

    I'm going for a city loss 2-1

Can’t see anything other than a loss here, 2-0 defeat is my guess

In case things are level at the end
We will go straight to a penalty shootout. NO extra-time.

FAWANEWS is active and we are down 0-1 early on, and Fulham are bossing us which led to Tanner's own goal - sloppy defending.

21 minutes in and we are now down 2-0 and looking poor and we lost Stokes to an early injury who was replaced by Mehmeti.

We just don't have any team strength, either with our first team or the bench, and that's the difference in everything we try to do. Commentator just said it's a stroll for Fulham and he's right - ouch.

Just turned on after a $hite journey home from a work trip to Amsterdam. I think we have shown some good signs, as always, the final ball lets us down

Mayulu is a weird one, great effort that hit the post and a couple of decent touches. There is a player in there somewhere, seems to be a confidence thing, as for Armstrong, well he’s just his normal self, if he had a football brain and could shoot he’d be decent. Unfortunately he has neither and isn’t going to any time soon.

Mayulu has improved but has his consistency? great flashes, needs more playing time, I liked Armstrong, strong, robust but lacks finishing ability, time to move him on, we were not disgraced , not a lot more to contribute, just my thoughts.
