    Just because we might get this deal through doesn't mean that all becomes untrue, we did start the season under prepared and we do rarely sign anyone with experience. This is an uncommonly astute signing from us.

    Who were clearly the two above him? The Armenian and who else? I think I’ve forgotten about someone? Rudoni? I’m not sure him and Rudoni are exactly the same position

    £12m is a lot of money in the championship but as you say, no doubts there. In the PL however, £12m is very little, so shouldn't really matter.

    On paper, one of our best signings for a long time.

    Don't think I've ever seen him play but clearly very capable at this level so a good signing who'll hopefully be able to slot straight in.

    Presumably he'll be free to play a part on Saturday too if it's done today/tomorrow?

    Friday 12pm is the cut-off, I believe. He is travelling today so I think there's a decent chance it's announced tomorrow eve, maybe Friday morning
