there’s a literal legal document with a written judgement from a KC and you’re passing it down as hearsay
Spoken like someone who has only ever worked in the public sector their entire working life and has no idea how private sector business operates. “Why do companies even need credit control departments, surely everyone pays in full when its due” Get a proper job teech.
A legal document that says we owed money and didn’t pay on time. Even GFAW isn’t disputing that. He wants to see the bit in the document that says it all happened because the club is up for sale.
We’ve got a maximum of 7 days late payments, that 1 window suspension is a pointless bit of leniency they threw in knowing full well the club cannot avoid triggering it, just to make themselves look better.
We had a customer in the public sector who’s finance department would not pay until the initial 30 days were over and we sent a proper written demand for the late payments. That was their actual policy about paying.
He’s also disputed the cash flow issues in the past the fact is his argument won’t be satisfied until by his own admission either Acun admits we are up for sale or we are suddenly sold. So what’s the point in trying to prove it
"KC: "The club did not pay because they couldn't pay". The club's argument was a "house of cards which did not and never could withstand the most general winds of proper analysis." It's different than 'trying to lie low and avoid paying for as long as possible due to the fact they couldn't pay,' though isn't it?
I mean it doesn't really matter if it happens in the corporate world or not does it? These are the rules in this sector. We broke them, got caught and we've been given the punishment as set out in the rules. Its a **** way to run a club and hampers your future business.
I’ve worked in the private sector, even dealing with invoices. Let us know when you get your first job, or first girlfriend, or some other milestone in your miserable life.
No I didn't. I've never disputed cash flow issues. It was clear cash flow planning wasn't right when the players were paid 2 days later than normal. Some are claiming the club is up for sale. Not me. It's for them to prove the bollox they're spouting, not me.
I'm no Acun sycophant, but this entire lack of payments made/delayed payments is all with Villa specifically regarding the Barry loan. There must have been something in the background there which is the reason for this specific transfer being delayed etc., potentially due to Acun's relationship with their owner? Obviously it's bad and not the way to conduct things, but if we had horrific cash flow, wouldn't there be other payments we were late on that we're referred in the appeal mins? I know the Burns one was late but do we know how long by? Could only have been a day and some form of admin error.
Thanks. And the rest .... What I have disputed all along, and continue to dispute is the BS that's been posted on here and elsewhere like: - the owner has lost all interest (wrong) - the owner is skint (wrong) - the club is about to go bust / into administration (wrong) - we are about to be sold (wrong) A full day gone, asked numerous times, and I'm still waiting. There aren't have some thick ****wits on here sadly.
