General ticketing issues

There may be two SCs available for Villa but it depends on a work situation.

Got one in the SWC, the new ticketing system is a lot better than ticketmaster tbf

 

The vast majority of people have no problem with it, some believe they have problems until they sort it themselves and a few really do have issues ...

... but saying the ticketing side of the club is a shambles, and non-league standard ignores the fact that this isn't actually the club.

It's a bought in system like Horizon, that the Post Office utilised ...

That's not because some look for reasons to say negative things like 'shambles & non-league standard' about the club, though, is it

 

Its certainly not smooth, but I dont know what other clubs are like, I think some things could be improved easily

 

They sent replacements as well.

 

Ticketing for the Hudderfield match has been woeful.

The game has "sold out" 4 or 5 times due to how they've released block by block, with periods of hours without any tickets being on sale at all, amateurish.

I've had so many complaints about it for RAWA. It needs sorting before the next cup match.

 

I suppose maximum they only happen twice a season
