Really poor half, didn't expect a fluid performance due to these lads not having minutes so far and new boys in but expected better

The big concern for me is the lack of pace going forward, it's so static and easy to play against. We need to see better movement from the attacking players and we need wingers who can get at opponents at pace.

Mukiele done pretty well and probably the only one staking a claim for a place on Saturday - so far the rest can't moan about being on the bench

It does if you have pace in the wide areas and have a striker who is willing to drop in and play on the half turn - we had neither in that half

Only positive is my decent view in the east stand lol. Don’t mind the 11 but don’t get 4-4-2. Players playing out of position to accommodate it and won’t be used in the prem anyways.

Pretty shocking from an attacking point of view. Apparently had two shots but I can’t remember any. Rigg wasted out on the right and the two forwards offering nothing (not getting much from the midfield like). Tough watch.

Other than mukiele, ELF and Neil have been our best players imo. They haven’t had showstopping moments but they’ve moved the ball well, probed, worked hard and ticked things over. If even half of the rest of the team - plus the manager - had got to their level tonight we’d be doing a lot better.

Striker off, left footed rw on, Rigg to 10 until he runs out of gas.

Tough half to watch! …… only slight positive…. Nordi looks like he could be decent.
The rest ….. embarrassing. Not one of them looks like threatening the first 11 at this rate, I was really hoping the likes of Le fee and rigg etc would be looking to really stake a claim.
Hopefully Régis throws some ****s into them at half time Peter Reid style!

Am sure RLB will tweak it. Fitness levels may come into it yet.

So disjointed. Think Mukiele has been alright but that's about it.

Doesn’t matter if you're the best team in the world, having a numerical disadvantage in central midfield just doesn't work. They have a spare man to cut out any passing lanes into our very static forwards.

Wide areas are a huge problem. I'll give Rigg a pass considering it's not natural to him and even then he put in a great cross and had some nice touches, but Roberts does not get a pass. Gooch has never had an easier half of football in his career. Just absolute ****e.

Been on Huggins side and felt he’s really struggled too. Mukilele the only slight positive for me, great athlete. Can see a couple lads tonight being moved on if I’m honest.

Was about to say the same. Huggins needs a loan and a full season playing, he’s really struggled tonight

Stick 11 players on a pitch that hardly know what each other look like and this is what you get.

Hang on. We had all the ball. According to sky that makes you by far the better team (Coventry for instance!)

btw, I know we were ****e! Mukiele looks very very good. Couple of very good crosses. Otherwise not even average! ELF and Neil hardly involved. Guiu looks big but has hardly had the ball. No chance to make my mind up about him. Losing to a one in a thousand goal! Not that we deserve anything else mind!!

Was a time I thought he was the best full back at the club looks like the injuries have massively slowed him down

We did almost that against West Ham though, so, for me, that can’t be an excuse!

Still rate him. He looks like a player with hardly any minutes under his belt. Couple of nice runs and a great cross. Defensively hardly tested
