I know all teams do it, but I honestly think it's the worst I've seen in terms of time wasting. It was basically all the 2nd half ! It made for a really irritating watch (from a Swans point of view anyway).
I’m sorry about that, Stereo, and I get it. But a large degree of it was legit, I believe. We’ve been having more than a few issues with fitness, muscle strains etc. so far this season that is frustrating too! I’ve seen some people describe it as a boring game - I don’t agree. I was convinced you’d scored when you hit the post and your actual goal was good. Both teams had some pretty good chances. Goalkeepers played well. I enjoyed it. But referee Steve Martin is a clown, for both teams - he wanted to be the star. Piss poor ref who we’ve had twice this season already! Good luck to the Swans.
That is a good point . Lack of impact by the subs and fitness seemed to be the main issues . Need to learn to play for 90 minutes .
