Match Day Thread Coventry City vs QPR

I’d be very surprised if Walsh is in goal on Saturday. Although he wasn’t the only problem at Coventry it was clear the defenders don’t trust him, and his distribution was worse than anything Nardi has done.

 

Walsh has been one of the problems in each match so far, imo. I feel that already this season, there has been about 5 or so shots that he didn't save but Nardi would have. And although Nardi's distribution isn't brilliant, it's far more consistent than Walsh, who seems to make howler after howler.

I wonder what the Salaman chap is like. I've only seem him once or twice.

 

I'm sure I'm in a minority of one here, but I really do think everyone should stay calm and be patient.

The coach has a decent football record and deserves more than three championship games to be judged on. Especially when the likes of Kone haven't yet been able to start.

We've made some decent signings this summer IMO - Kone and Poku in particular, but I'm pleased to see Hayden and Saito back, and hopeful Burrell will add something coming off the bench.

Also made some sensible long-term decisions like a L1 loan for Lloyd and the likes of Adamson in.

The only major concern for me is in the GK department and the solution for that is sitting on the bench.

I think we'll look a heck of a lot better after the international break and I'm willing to give the gaffer until then at least.
