Which might just make DCL a very astute signing :emoticon-0148-yes:

You should know by now not to trust the word of Sports presenters, when you can come on here and find out the real facts :emoticon-0102-bigsm

One big thing missing was someone who can take a free kick or a corner.

Harrison spent £4,000-£5,000 buying beers for Leeds fans last night, can't say I still like him,but won't boo him,he is ours until he goes elsewhere.

My take on last night, was we did ok against a side of similar ability, but lacked any threat through the middle. Not sure how the new Swiss guy will improve our forward movement but this needs to happen and relatively quickly, once he beds in.

I agree with Emu that our wide players generally had no one to cross to. Hopefully as all the players get more competitive games under their belts this’ll happen naturally. DCL would probably offer more of a target than Piroe, for our wide men, but imo he’s nowhere near as clinical as Piroe.

There was lots to like about yesterday, especially in the knowledge that James and Bogle can improve on their slightly average performance. The test’ll come against the better sides who will not stand off and admire our build up play. MOT

Both in the moot and the peacock. I didn't see anyone in the moot refuse them but no doubt a few still booed him after

No point booing him,it won't help his performance, and that's all that matters while he's our player.

Maybe a bit late to the party here, but I see Pickford saved a welbeck penno yesterday.

Makes that penno a little bit sweeter in the last few mins
