It's again utterly bizarre from Newcastle. SL is 'ok', but Wolves have literally no other strikers so it's just a weird, pointless and thoughtless approach. We seem to be the only club that umm's and ahh's before literally posting an offer on Twitter. We seem to do very little work behind the scenes and just come out looking amateurish, time and time again.

I'm sure before long someone will tell us how instrumental Andy Howe was in securing the signature of Strand Larsen for the bargain fee of just £60m.......

 

I'd almost prefer us to go for Hoijlund, but for half the price. But definitely Jackson over Strand Larson once you hit £50m+ mark. Assuming Wissa deal is dead.

 

Wolves will be rubbing their hands together and their recruitment team will replace him with a better player for half the price.
