starting to come round to the idea of that omelette maker. Nice and easy for lunch at home and no messing with a pan.

    lol thanks man.

    Back home now

And for those that are interested, the swell is still at around 2-3ft with an increasing westerly wind. Wave bouys 20 miles offshore are starting to record 18 second period, which means the swell is building.

should be getting bigger later this afternoon, with the main swell due to hit late tonight and into tomorrow, predicted to get up to 12-15ft

let me know if you need any more details

Alcohol just makes me feel jaded. I haven’t knocked it on the head totally. I’ll have a drink next time I go camping on Dartmoor, sit round the campfire and drink some rum and bun some spliffs.

Other than that I don’t touch it anymore. Feel loads better for it tbh.

Yeah you don't want to feel ****. I take it easy despite my reputation so I don't have hangovers. Everyone at my local is always trying to get me to stay and drink more but I can't be arsed with it.

I noticed when I turned 50. Just feeling jaded after drinking, even a couple of pints. I’d treat myself to a few beers and spliffs on a Saturday night, stay up late and put some tunes on after the girls went to bed. But then Sunday was pretty much a write off for me, just low energy and feeling tired and grumpy.

So I just stopped drinking. I don’t miss it at all and my sleep is loads better and I’ve got more energy.

I get what you're saying, but my eldest is in the kitchen making a couple of Aperol Spritz to sit in the garden sun with, so I guess I just have to suck it up.

Drinking daytime beer is the worst for that lethargy thing. Couple of pints in the day and I could easily snooze all evening.
