Just finished my 21st park run today. Been really pushing myself recently running midweek. Think it officially means i've hit middle aged. Got my heart rate up to 189 today, it was 175 for like 20 minutes of the run.

Went out on the piss in Sheffield with the Mrs and friends yesterday. did battle karts, like a live version of Mario kart. Floor/track is a projection and changes as you play game. Great laugh.
