    To summarise

1st half was ok, very comfortable and Mayenda really should have put us 1 up. Losing Ballard was obviously a big blow.

2nd half we just didn't get started and Burnleys CM didn't let ours play. We lacked tempi and creativity. The 1st goal was a sloppy one and it was always going to be key in a game like this, we score it and we win easily imo.

Still think we will finish above them

Wow. After 2 pages of someone posting about things. I can not reply ?

Surely not. The exile treatment is here and it won't be going away. Thanks for the threads fella but I have a right to reply to getting abuse on here and posts through the night that fell one side of the story.

Pack it in man and let people talk about the football. That goes for everyone else too.

Yeah. Just wanted the right to reply this morning after some spend the early hours saying one side giving a false impression. Simply not accurate.

Apologies to thos good people who don't want to see they or read it this morning.

Last post on the matter. It was when I took it to DM / offline.

There's definitely a couple of posters who are the most negative when we lose. It frustrates me at times for sure. There are a couple of posters who target those posters when they see anything they consider to be remotely negative. Yesterday, I didn't see the negativity personally, I saw one of the "sensitive" posters trying to shut down any conversation that they perceived to be vaguely negative by "predicting" the outcome of the thread and then using every post to confirm their bias until they got a reaction. This is obviously personal as the posters were targeting each other on the other thread too. None of it was acceptable imo and none of them were victims. They all created a **** experience on this site for everyone else. Personally, I'm going to put them all on ignore and see if I can enjoy the discussions that I have about the lads.

Not gonna comment on last night (and now this morning)’s nonsense. Onto football.

Normally on an evening of an important defeat I am in a bad way and then normally when I wake up my rational side comes back and tells me it’s not the end of the world. But today I still feel a bit ****e about missed opportunities.

I am really worried about us scoring enough goals to get enough points and then that extrapolates out to being worried about relegation and what that means for the squad we’ve just built and the one from last year being dismantled.

All irrational nonsense I know so please don’t think you need to tell me. But it’s how I’m feeling right now.

It’s a long season but the games don’t come as thick and fast as in the EFL so results matter more. Next week has become must must win for me.

Need to remember mate that most of the team are strangers to each other. They'll still be working on patterns of play. Sometimes it will click like West ham then other times we'll get a performance like yesterday. They'll work through the teething problems over the next few weeks. We have a great setup with our coaching structure just KTF mate.

Mukiele may be very difficult to shift once he’s in side. Bad timing for Big Dan after being imperious v West Ham

yeh I think you’re right. Just wish they were strangers during harder games not the winnable ones, as they’re few and far between!!
