What are your thoughts on our signings since we got promoted to the Prem, who do you think have been a success and who a failure?? Can't even remember all of them<laugh><laugh> but I know i think about 80% have been duds!!
I would say O'Shea, Greaves, Enciso and Cajuste have been the only ok signings, the rest terrible so far!!

Would also add Townsend who certainly was never poor when he played.

I actually think most of McKennas transfers have been misses, particularly short term, Delap aside I can't think of any that have come directly into the side and been an instant impact. It's taken a while for any of them to integrate. ( And actually, taking a rather negative view, Delap never really integrated he did his own thing).

Certainly still waiting for this team to become a team - no doubt that McKenna can do that but we're on a bumpier road than I thought.

I think it's hard to judge the signings individually because weve made wholesale changes and done so at a very high level. For me this is one of the bigger criticisms I'd lay at McKennas door, I feel he tried to make too many changes to quickly. He should've kept the majority of the promotion winning side together and gradually integrated the new signings as he has always done previously.

I'm not sure we would've done any worse had we have kept more faith with some of our promotion hero's. We should've done more to try to keep, Morsy, Broadhead, Tuanzebe and Burgess.

The centre back pairing is dire. £30m forked out to downgrade the centre backs. Only just edged by our goalkeeper trading.
