Lundstrum - easily Ndala McBurnie Special mention for McCarthy - started nervously but certainly grew into it.
1.McCarthy (2nd half - first half he looked like nerves had the better of him) 2. Belloumi - great run near the end 3. Take your pick
Lundstrum Ndala McBurnie. Mention for Steve Jordan, I thought he did well. Hate 12,30 ko's. When I heard Crooks and Hughes were missing I knew we'd struggle. The whole squad did look as though they were under the weather and Blackburn were a lot brighter then us. That doesn't excuse the sloppy second killer goal just after half time and the half hearted tackle by Giles which led to the third minutes later. Plus an awful fussy referee who blew for too many free kicks and odd decisions, I got sick of hearing his whistle and it must have been a very frustrating game to play in. Very disappointing all round. Half time entertainment was terrible too.
NDala - our best outlet going forward , very tricky on the ball . Lundstram - another good game , some excellent passes although even he had his oops moments towards the end . Mac Beast - worked hard and bent the ear of the referee. Showed passion after the final whistle too . Did the virus defeat us before a ball was kicked . A games where nothing went right for us and almost everything went right for them . Unlucky boys Come on City
