Still mightily harsh, can’t just shop off your arms and you’d expect your player to try and block it. Slow mo makes it look a lot worse

Yeah I was surprised it was given but while a tad harsh I dont think it was a clear error so glad VAR didn't intervene.

That's two wins for the newly promoted sides on their opening fixture. It took us until game 5 to get our first point and until game 10 to get our first win. Man we were ****ing pathetic.

No arguing we were pathetic but that doesn’t mean the latest promoted clubs won’t also be. Our first couple of fixtures were Newcastle away and Forest at home. In contrast Leeds started with Everton at home- the fixture we won. Let’s see how they fare when the honeymoon buzz wears off….

**** me, just seen the penalty that won it for Leeds. Ridiculous. What's he supposed to do, not have arms!? He literally had his arms behind his back to get them out of the way as much as possible without you know, cutting them off.

His arms were in an unnatural position - still attached to his body, as opposed to leaving them in the dressing room

Last nights game actually reminded me a lot of our first game. We dominated Newcastle but then gave away a stupid goal. Leeds got a dodgy pen and despite their domination never looked like scoring aside from that. That is great for them as keeps confidence/momentum high, something we lost virtually immediately.

Holy crap, explosive pre-match press conference from Nuno Espirito Santo. I had heard rumours he and the Forest owner had fallen out and now it looks inevitable he will leave Forest.

Maybe they should be spending the Fernandes money on a DM

Why would Fernandes want to join that rabble, when he's was so public in saying how fed up last season made him (or words to that effect)

They're going for two CMs apparently, a DM and an 8. Think the DM is from Monaco and then Fernandes is the 8 that Potter wants

It is funny that the player we bought to essentially replace JWP on returning to the Prem is now the player West Ham want to replace JWP.
