Targett is one of many whose contract will be up next summer. So a season long loan basically means he walks away for free next June. This is where we really need better people working behind the scenes to help our finances. We don't seem very savvy at this whole transfer stuff in terms of fees/value, either for incoming or out. I so hope this new DoF is really bloody good.

Firstly I have to say Eddie dealt with this presser like an Ibiza Boss. Hung if you don’t know what I mean just google it.

Secondly at 24 minutes he is talking about PSR and he is suggesting that we right now have to be very very careful not to create another instance like Anderson and Minteh.

As such I think that what he is saying is that if we do sign players Isak will definitely be sold to avoid such issues.

That’s exactly what I think. I think we have said to Liverpool we will need to buy a striker if not two before we can sell Isak.

Howe indicated that currently there was no way Isak can be involved in the squad. I think that we have said to Liverpool let us get 2 strikers in first and we will sell Isak. And I also think a fee has been agreed.

I may of course be completely wrong but Howes words not mine about PSR.
