I don't think so. I think there is a period of time before we need to comply with this. Unless of course you're Saudi FC and have a permanent temporary exemption.
Good position to be in to able to ask the question. My missus has just asked if Frankie and Danny will be doing commentary next season - said no have to put up with all ex pros who know nowt.
Possibly? Just read some comment on FB (I'll get me coat)... Sunderland were given one years dispensation before having to move away fans pitch side. Skunks have been given dispensation for years on safety grounds. I'm calling BS.
PL rules do state that at least some away fans need to be ‘pitch side’ The Saudis likely get away with it due to the portakabin nature of their stadium and access.
The mags have a permanent dispensation due to H&S rules not allowing visiting fans to have to be within 50 yards of stinking, gravy breath
They will be moved to the North West quadrant where the white concession seats are now and possibly a limited number in the concourse. We will get back the complete North stand. This in turn should ensure the decibel levels will rise majestically into a deafening crescendo of noise. Anyway not a ITK but in my humble opinion this will happen from the start of next season. This cos we will still be in the Prem.
