Kone and Burrell. Celar is 26 even if he’d lose a 400m sprint to most of this board. I do think Kone will come good. He gets himself into the position for the one in five crosses that ends up somewhere near the centre of the goal and he’s a big old lump. I do think sometimes half the problem is the lack of striker to pick out causing Chair mainly to hang onto it. The bloke is more than capable of putting a decent ball in when people are in the vicinity of the penalty spot rather than Zan chugging along like a Ford Sierra uphill.

In the context of what players are going for now it seems a bit on the low side but they’ve probably come to an agreement he can go for £60m with the vast majority up front. Feels a bargain considering some of the mediocrity moving for not much less.
