What are the rules to count as a homegrown player? For example we signed hume from the irish league when he was 19 and has been here coming up 4 year does he count?

think homegrown is all of United Kingdom not just England, so Trai would count from Northern Ireland anyway

It's only England and Wales, unless they join by a certain date around their 18th birthday and have trained at the club for 3 yrs
