Are you keeping Kamara to yourself?

Puzzling situation. Joint 6th with 4 clubs with identical GF 3 GA 2 for +1 Goal difference.
Why are we not logged 7th alphabetically?

So you'd play him ahead of Belloumi? If not, then he's really not.

We're not Ipswich or Southampton, we can't afford a £3 million player sitting on the bench when we have Akintola and Gelhardt who can do the same job. He played well today but he's had justified pelters all the time he's been here - he's a luxury that we can neither afford nor need.

First look of Akintola, looks totally different to all other wingers we've signed with Turkish links, very direct wants to go at his man and looks to have some pace, not outstanding but a promising first look at him.

As the chat on here suggests, it'll be an interesting one when we've Belloumi and Miller back, as well as Kamara, Ndala and Akintola, with Tinsdale and Brown also able to play there....5 into 2 means players will be missing out and given that there is firm interest in Kamara over the others if we need the money then he'll be the one to go, it'll be a shame as he's a good player (with resting bitch face) but sometimes needs must

Elite strikers movement from Mcburnie, peeling off from the defenders into space

We’ve already signed Kamara’s replacement. Fair play to him, he put in a proper late shift today.

Manager knows how to get the best out of the players
I dont blame the defence for either Oxford goals
    they were both well taken
Pandur was unsighted for second goal

Akintola reminds me of Millar with his directness

I didn't appreciate just how good the winner was until seeing the replay. The way McBurnie peels off into space, Giles having his head up and picking him out, and McBurnie taking his time with the finish. Very high quality as were the first two goals. It's going to be a fun season. Also very much liked the look of Akintola.

That was a lot of fun.

Lundstram was excellent, as was Giles.

McBurnie's build up play was brilliant - finally we can see what a proper Championship forward can do.

Really enjoyed it - would have enjoyed it even at 2-2 with the potential we showed but even better to get a last minute winner.

Just shows you how much weaker last season's squad was.

Well what a start to the season at home. 5 goal thriller, plenty of individual plaudits and a great team performance. What’s not to like. Going to enjoy a glass or two of wine. I love it when we win.
