Hopefully.... The agent has actually succeeded in what his awful plan was though. He's successfully set the fanbase on Isak and made the environment toxic to reduce the players price and force a move.

You're not going to get 150 million from Liverpool, that's the entire issue. I'm not against selling him to another club. You're too focussed on the player, the fee and have seemingly no understanding as to what message it sends and what the image of the club will become. Which player will be picked off next? If he goes to Liverpool it might be the only option though now because the people that have created this entire situation usually get their way... That's the issue some of us have. Now your starting to get it Roy. Any team looking to compete should NEVER sell one of their top players to a team in the same division regardless of whether he wants the move or not. It really is that simple.
I’m not focused on the player. I’m focused on the club. This impasse is just stopping us from Progressing. We get a striker in we believe or are led to believe he will be sold. But what if he isn’t. He’s not going to play for us again so we have a waste of an asset sat at home. pointless.
But it happens all the time. You have to think bigger and long term. Think what you could do with the proceeds. Here is a different angle. Let’s say Arsenal decide right we know NUFC can’t do a negotiation properly. So put a bid in for Tonali of 50m to upset him. We know he wants to come to London. NUFC say no it’s 100m. Player gets upset because he want to go. Downs tools. Arsenal then just sit back and let the chaos unfold. We can be weak in multiple ways. Get Isak sold. And move on.

No I’m saying sell him so we can move on and spend the money on players who actually want to be here. Selling to Liverpool doesn’t really matter to me. I don’t believe we need to play Billy big balls. That’s may opinion you can have yours. No problem.
How is it funny sir. We just need to move on. Sell Isak for the highest bid regardless of who to and move on. We are not even at the same level as Liverpool yet anyways bit but we could be with the proceeds. I don’t see him sitting in the reserves benefiting us. And I can’t believe he would be reintegrated into the team happening.
And it’s been 5 weeks now. It’s not really working right now is it. How have we currently benefited from being billy big balls.
Because as Plods said, you’re advocating we just give in to what Isak is wanting and then supporting your point by saying Arsenal could do exactly the same with for example Tonali. Therefore, what message are we sending by giving in to Isak? We don’t need to just move on. We need to make sure we don’t allow other clubs or agents or players to screw us over. Long term message not short term. He’s not with the squad and if he continues to mess us around then we can look to recoup about £12M Pa from him in fines. His price won’t go down as he is a recognised goal scorer and not playing a short while isn’t going to affect his value. Reintegration is ultimately down to Isak but as soon as he plays and scores a lot of fans will forgive him. Throw in an apology and more will. I’m not saying keep him forever. I’m saying he goes when we want him to at a price we want and to a club that haven’t tried to shaft us. Plus, and this seems to have been totally missed by a lot of people, nobody actually has a current bid in for Isak. So who exactly are we supposed to be selling him too? And before you suggest we approach the Victims that is a negotiating faux pa and guaranteed to reduce the price thereby vindicating what Isak, his Agent and the Victims have been doing. So, that’s a no-no. Keep him for a season and sell him when we have better chance to adequately replace him.
