Absolutely shocking injury for Hose. I just caught a glimpse of his foot at a 90 degree angle

It's never good when they don't show the player or replays of the incident.

 

To only be three down at this stage, with Evans, Cartwright and Thompson all still to come, I'm not sure we've quite got this right.

 

Really poor from Coles. 14 off 14 is far from good enough.

 

140 was my target and we did get there in the end.

 

I do think that's an alright score. But I definitely think we could have got at least another 15 runs if we'd used our resources better.

And of course for sad reasons, Rockets will be a batter light.

 

Ridiculous decision to open with Coles.

 

Not often Vince gets things wrong. But bowling spin to Banton in the PP is crazy.

And this is what happens when you leave out your gun opening bowler. Both teams brought in an extra spinner, but Rockets still kept their gun opening bowler.

We could have easily brought in Briggs whilst retaining Overton.

 

That is a superb catch.

 

If we can't get Banton, then just get the rest of them.

Woeful from Coles. TBH think he should be dropped.

 

I'm fine with him being in the team - and besides, we don't have another all-rounder to replace him with. But he shouldn't have been sent after to follow that Roy innings. Between them they faced nearly half the balls, batting at a run-a-ball until the final 5. Evans, or maybe even Cartwright, should have gone in.

 

Serious work needed by the Brave. Coles can go right down the order if he stays in the side. Evans faced 2 balls and Cartwright didn't bat at all. Mills has been pretty poor TBH. Choked with the last ball last game, has been **** today. No idea why Overton was left out today.

 

If these two wickets had just come 15 runs earlier...
