I just wish authorities who run sporting competitions actually pulled their fingers out and remember supporters are attending and travelling from Salford.Of course you don’t abandon a game halfway through. As you said the young kids got a run out and may take something from today.
It's certainly a mess, but I'll bet those young lads, whoever they are, won't have to buy themselves a drink for a few days after this, assuming they're old enough
Nice touch from the players but what the **** is the bloke in the bird costume doing getting in on that.
Sure its not Hull's coach giving the post match pep talk. Whilst moonlighting as the mascot...It's a Trill a minute at the rugger. I know that's corny.
Big game this evening at Wigan which I am looking forward to. Over 19k tickets sold according to the Wigan website. I am not sure if this includes the visitors but Rervers must be taking 2k plus. I am not sure if French is still injured but I am predicting Wigan to win by six.
At the time of writing on Thursday evening, more than 19,000 tickets have been sold for the Super League Round 22 fixture, with the South Stand fully sold out, and Hull KR bringing a 3,000-strong travelling contingent. got my ticket - going to be a great game!!
Win tonight and the shields ours. Just hope it turns out a great game like everyone thinks it's gonna be. To be honest, I can't call it but obviously want a Rovers win.
Wigan are a bogie team for your lot and know how to get the job done. Try getting tips of FC who have turned them over twice this year.
Don't be so harsh, if FC can beat them twice it will be a piece of piss for your lot. He says knowing nowt about rugby league.
Should be a cracking game, too close to call. Just noticed the odds have changed in the last 24 hours slightly now making HKR favourites. Although in the squad, could it be Bevan French isn't starting for Wigan? Best bet is under 31.5 total match points at 1.97 with Betfair.
It does look a bit harsh doesn't it? It was meant as a joke. Sorry Vern I was joking, should've put a smiley emojon there instead.
If French is out then it's a bonus for us but the squad we've got this season, we shouldn't be relying on that. It's gonna be stressful for me tonight.
Field and to a greater extent French are the two main trump cards that Wigan hold. French, if fit, has the knack of pulling a rabbit from the hat in tight games. Hopefully Lewis does not try to be superman and try and win the game on his own. It should be a great game.
Depends also if Mikey's fully fit after his shoulder injury in last game. But we've done good without him before. As ya say, if he tries to beat 'em on his own we could be in trouble. He needs to be spoken to about it and have it taken out of his game. He can produce a bit of magic out of the blue but he needs to learn when to do it.
