Sad to hear the Liverpool v Bournemouth game was stopped for several minutes because Antoine Semenyo reported he was being racially abused by some fans. For pity's sake, this is 2025, not 1970. Football, like so many other sports, provides a perfect example of playing skill having nothing to do with the colour of your skin, and virtually all fans love the skills of their team's players and take them to heart regardless of that person's colour or creed. How moronic and small-minded of a stupid minority, that they nonetheless spout hatred at opposing players based on their race or culture.
