We usually comment on every transfer thread about doing business late on as more players become available that possibly weren’t earlier in the window. Can absolutely see a world we are holding some budget back for that.
I think we will, but it will be an experienced head. Welbeck or Vardy type signing. Experience in each area of the pitch makes sense.
There will be I think. Up to now, since Jobe and Tommy went, who we knew were going, none have been sold. If they stay it's up to them As for incomings,....
I'm a student of the English language and currently halfway through a novel what I'm writing. I've seen, first hand, how journalists manipulate the written word to make the same fact sound completely different in two different sentences. Dan Neil in contract talks! Dan Neil in contract talks ... ... with Brentford!
It really would be, but it seems like this is being sacrificed to try to build an affordable team that might not get relegated. I think that's the price we just have to pay, then celebrate the local boys we can bring in.
He’s close to finished and big wages. Not surprised at all. He’ll probably get something but it’ll be last minute.
Just for a bit of context the original story yesterday was posted by an account on twitter formally known as Pingu. the original story still hasn’t changed, that was there is a signing coming in that the club want to keep under wraps, they were due in on a flight from Italy but it was cancelled (this doesn’t mean it was off) it was other people who started naming names, saying it was a striker etc (I trusted the person who told me it was so I said I’d heard the same) but as far as the original story goes, Matty (pingu) said he didn’t have a name, nor a position. that hasn’t changed
Did you actually mean to say ironic or was that a double bluff ... ... or that you missed my Morecambe and Wise reference please log in to view this image
