Under review. It's gone to UEFA and CAS. Doesn't look good. You're on the brink of doing a Crystal Palestinian. I'll get my coat. And flag.
Yup ... wasn't really rocket science ... Gaza had TV stations and news before the invasion and Al Jazeera is the Arabic equivalent of CNN ... with Palestinian journalists in Gaza, surprise surprise... Israel prevented any journalists from western networks getting in after it invaded Gaza ... whilst also controlling who was allowed to leave ... the guys killed were ljournalists in Gaza for years before the events of October 7...
You'll have to come to central London and burn a few of the flags. Dyeing your hair pink and being morbidly overweight will also be counted in your favour. Make sure you don't understand the meaning of whatever words you chant. It is imperative that you think the 'river' is the Kwai, and the 'sea' is the Baltic if asked to point to them on a globe.
I'll take the ban, all seems too complicated. I don't actually care what happens anyway I'm all for Trump nuking the site from orbit it's the only way to be sure.
Whatever your political persuasion, spending a Saturday afternoon, rowing with the cozzers seems like such a waste of time to me. Why not kick back with a few Pimm's, in a deckchair.
Fallout might destroy Lebanon's shawarma supply. That would make Ponkie very, very angry. @PINKIE to confirm.
A protest should bring you right back into it. A riot would instantly have you challenging for top 4 or bottom 4 depending on which side you take.
Loads of countries including Arab countries have banned Al Jazeera btw. In Gaza it’s just very, very obviously a Hamas mouthpiece that drips here will cry about regardless. Today’s nonsense doing the Twitter rounds is that this war has killed more journalists than any other. People just buy it without thinking for three seconds á la ‘14000 babies are going to die over the weekend’. Just painfully naive and stupid how people are drawn in by it.
UK hasn't banned Al Jazeera... just saying ... it's on my TV although, I confess, I've never watched it ... perhaps I should?
They are banned in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain and a couple of others. These are also some of the most authoritarian countries in the world who do not allow any kind of dissidence or protest. Remember the Saudis had a Journo chopped up for reporting 'negative' info about the regime there.
