Best thing is go up keep and play the team that took you up they earned it and your likely to come down again anyway, then be a yoyo team for a few season and build the funds up get better facilities and just keep being yoyo team again whilst funds build again and then just improve the team as and when, that way we never get into the mess we are in.

Dont know. Could be wrong, but haven't 9 of the 20 teams in the PL this season played in league one in the last 10-15 years? The issue has always been that the bigger teams are wealthy enough to buy up players, stopping them from playing for other teams, but there's always new players being discovered.
