Pretty easy to be fair

Lots of salty high fat food for 2 months straight
They shed that fat fast and their fitness is mostly in tact

Most footballers or people are not as dedicated as someone like ronaldo

 

He clearly hasn’t shed the fat fast. His season kicks off this weekend.

Players are expected to look after themselves during the off-season. Clubs assess every player’s physical state on the first day of pre-season. They’re not like UFC fighters who eat like pigs inbetween fights and then cut their weight quickly. Football players are expected to to maintain physical fitness throughout the entire year.

i find it crazy, the juxtaposition between the leagues, if they'd have lost that play off final, one ball being a few inches left or right and they maybe spend 15m this summer
it really goes to show just how hard its becoming to stay up there though
