If we want to go up this season then we have to keep Fernandes

 

We need to up the intensity. Just too slow to cause them any real problems. Our shooting has been **** so far too. Robinson did well but then weak shot. Fernandes with a weak shot. Our long balls and balls into the box have pretty much all been overhit too.

 

How many times have we just shot directly at the keeper. He’s not had to make a save

 

That because they practice against Baz and are building his confidence

If Fernandes is genuinely happy with staying for one season (unless a £50 million bid comes in) it would be the signing of the window for us.

The lack of options in the squad is an obvious problem but this is where that starting eleven becomes an issue as well. We don't really have wide options on the bench because they all started. It would be great to be able to bring on a pest of a player like Fraser around the 60 to 70 minute mark.
