Question posed to @InBiscanWeTrust but he’s failed to answer it as to why were the psr rules changed just after we were taken over if not to restrict competition?
Also an extra question, if psr rules are genuinely about sustainability why do they not address the issue of debt balances and the reduction of them?

Yes, there should be some controls but not so as to totally prevent progression through capital and investment by owners nor to restrict artificially competition and to actually address debt balances and their reduction/elimination. Surely, no real football fan would be against any of that?
