Unless something changes in the last 4 weeks of this transfer window, I really do think the writing is on the wall and fans will turn against PIF. It's going to be very bumpy and as I said weeks ago, I can only see one outcome. PIF put NUFC up for sale and buy out Clearlake to own Chelsea.

Genuine question, would we have lost out on all these targets if Amanda and Mehrdad were still here? Not saying we’d have got all of them or anything but no chance it would’ve got to this level of rejection in my opinion. They knew how to sell the dream.

How many clubs have won in the 10 years before that? I don’t suspect it’s hugely different.

point being arsenal spurs united aren’t offering players any more sustained success at this moment in time than Newcastle - that has nothing to do with the PSR.
