If we need a win just get a ticket for my oldest lad. He’s not massively into football so just comes along very occasionally…his record though is outstanding.

Champ City 6 - 1 Rotherham
Champ City 4 - 1 Cardiff

 

I expect Cov to be up there for most of the season, a very creditable 1-3.

thats one of my favourite ever games, aside from the obvious usual ones Like Wembley and Arsenal away .
just remember sitting there enjoying every minute as we absolutely battered and took the piss out of them for 90 mins, like you say really should have been an absolute mauling, i thought Corry Evans was the new Iniesta

That game was actually a 2-2 draw. It was autumn 2010 and it was just before the Allams bought the club. The deal was rumoured to be off that night and people were panicking about solvency etc but then the following morning it was back on again and pretty much done.

Just listened to the gaffers interview on RHS, very straight forward and comes across very well. Interesting comment when asked about training, he said he gets his assistant to do most of the talking, because if he did it, then the players would not find his words as meaningful when he does speak.

 

I find that so crazy. England seems at least 20 years behind Australia when it comes to ticketing.
