Fortunately the matching sparkly hot pants survived and are still worn by Ernest on high days and holidays and at Pride gatherings.
Just bought a bloody bike on a Gilbert Baitson auction for £100 plus vat and fees and then realised its not what I thought it was and I've probably paid more than the thing is worth second hand. Did manage to get a lovely Cube bike though for a bargain price of £190 plus vat and fees, a swingball set for the garden and a great set of pans. Still well up on the deal.

It's a cross race. Really nice to ride. I've never had something like this, I was actually very shocked when I first took it out just how comfortable it was to ride. I've very much got the bug now.
I've got a Cube e-bike, very nicely put together, the frame welds are the best I've ever seen on a mass produced bike.
I brought it home on my roof bars. I might get one of those things that go on the back of the Discovery to stand it on in case I want to take it camping but otherwise I probably won't need to transport it. I will just ride it to where I want to go!
