Such a good pass. I don't think Adingra was offside either, I think he'll get a lot of opportunities like that this season with Xhaka's passing range.
Its the sports science, getting minutes into who will be used come the season. The main 11 got 45 mins in the first game, 65 the the other night and now the whole 90 bar 2 subs. full expect some big names from last year to go
Thought the shortish lad with the shaved head and beard was good for them, seemed to make good use of the ball.
You can always find something to moan about to try to kill the joy. Your glass is obviously nine tenths empty. Though I’m sure you’ll say you just say what you see. I think I’m a grumpy old git but you take the biscuit!
Exactly - 3 wins from 15 is fact. Like I said though, the results have meant very little Is there anything wrong with saying that? Considering it’s 100% true
Nothing wrong and I respect your right to say it, it’s also obvious that most people on here are praising the positives and excited about the future .
I would say I’m a little frustrated that the chances created haven’t been converted but I’m not worried, I’m confident that is being addressed.
I'll not lie, I was worried about our form going into the play offs....who wouldn't be..But as for these preseason games results, they mean nothing..preseason games never have meant anything. Playing a different 11 in the second half, revolving substitutes isn't a receipt to judge results. Its an exercise for fitness and try formations and bed in new players. I would say after West Ham, Burnley and Brentford we will see if Sunderland are up for this challenge..even then, we can dip into the transfer market to try and address and glaring issues
