Goals win games. Imagine a strike force of Isak and Sesko. Always preferred 2 strikers up front. Think Shearer and Ferdinand. Not in terms of style but goal scoring threat.

Also, think Tonali, Bruno and Big Joe in midfield with a front three of Isak, Sesko and one of Gordon or Elanga.

Projects take time and, if necessary, we can sort the defence out later if we don't have the money now due to getting Sesko. I'm prepared to wait as things take time and I believe the Club do know what they are doing.

 

The idiots will lash out at Isak because that's how they react when someone upsets them. Unfortunately they don't have the brains to empathise and get behind him.

Really hope so. Sesko looks a player like and getting him might be the signs that Isak is wanting to see to keep him at the club. Champions League football would be enough in my book, the No9 shirt definitely still has some appeal in my book and playing alongside Isak, Bruno and Tonali etc isn’t the worst place to be by any stretch of the imagination.

Another point worth highlighting that there is no direct quotes from Isak around the whole situation. Feels completely fabricated to get Isak a better contract, definitely snowballed greater than he must’ve thought.
