As a Sunderland fan, it’s a win-win. If he goes it’ll weaken them and it will be hilarious. If he stays, he’ll be staying against his will. They’ll have an unhappy player on their hands and they’ll have to climb down from hanging banners out calling him a rat and making songs up about him on their guitars, which is also hilarious.
