If we assume that no players are going to return and that Barton is injured, we could go with something like this:

    -----------------Harper------------------
    Simpson Williamson Coloccini Enrique
    Jonas -- Tiote -- Nolan -- Lovenkrands
    -------------Best -- Ranger -------------

Not ideal but it could work.

I'm sorry but Ranger shouldn't start. We need an impact player for late in the game and he plays that role perfectly. I'd rather play Guthrie right than Ranger up, only cause we get tired in the final 20 minutes of the game.

  3. But why would you ask which keeper i'm going to pick? Our current issue is with the outfield. Aslong as Harper doesn't get ran over by a bus on his way home tonight, it's pretty obviously that i'm going to choose Harper.
The GK choice is of little importance mate, and i don't know why people keep going on about it when i don't put one in.

If Barton is still out, what about Simpson on right midfield and Steven Taylor at right back?

Well, I disagree with that, as he's been doing my head in lately (Blackburn and today especially) with his kicking. He wastes so much time and always seems content at taking 30 seconds or more to take a bloody goal kick. And when we get several of these it all builds up and leaves us with less time at the end of matches to grab a winner. We shouldn't be settling for points at home to ****ty teams, we should be hurrying up and looking for goals to kill the game off, regardless of the fact we had 10 men on the pitch. Personally I think Krul is a better shot stopper to, so it's not a foregone conclusion that Harper should start. Also, why would it be obvious to me that you'd pick Harper?! I'm not a mind reader and he's not head and shoulders above Krul.

Stop being so paranoid that everyone is against you.

  6. For christ sake... i'm not even going to get into this, people telling me what i think again, saying "you wonder why people hate you" and "stop being so paranoid that everyone is against you".
You asked me why i didn't put in a goal keeper, and i told you why. If you disagree that it's a pretty obvious choice for GK next game, then you have every right to do so.
But don't bother asking me my GK choice, because for the rest of the season atleast, unless he's injured, it will be Harper. There. You never need to ask why i don't include a goal keeper.

    Christ sake.

Can see Pardew sticking Guthrie out on the right and do a similar job to Barton to not disrupt the team as much.

I hope not, he's awful on the right. But I can see it happening if he's fit.

Now now Tash, no need to get into a temper just because you have a bad memory and keep forgetting to put a keeper in!

Personally the talent in midfield that Everton possess is very special!

    Arteta, Fellaini, Cahill and Rodwell!

Personally I'll go for this(assuming Barton and nobody is fit enough) :

    Harper
    Simpson Willo Colo Enrique
    Tiote
    Guti Guthrie Nolan(Advanced role) Lover
    Best

But I think Barton will be OK for the game and will probably go 442.
