I think I do!! I can log in. I inadvertently set up a 1 month payment. Then I set up a full season video streaming subscription (which is the only option I want). The website accepted both payment from my credit card. Both payments are "pending" when I view my banking online app. City's website only shows the 1 month transaction for 5.99 quid. The 140 quid video annual/season payment does not show on the Tigers+ activity page. When I look at the "Live" tab on Tigers+, it just shows the Getafe friendly and the 1st season game ( Coventry). It indicates both are "Available soon". No other season games show up. Doesn't say anywhere that I'm set up for the Tigers + complete video season spectrum !!! My e-mails and calls to City so far have not been responded to ? Is this your experience Peter ? I think you said you had paid the 140 quid too? It's baffling me.
You sound about as smart as me when it comes to all the technical stuff TC...I'm sure one of the tech savvy lads on here will guide you through it
The irony is Ric, I worked in IT development for 40 years ! My view is that the website functionality and logic paths are not intuitive. The documentation poor. Plus I'm an old bastard to boot.
Worse than that Ric. Had to edit my post as I realized afterwards that I was in the business for more than 40 years!!
I agree, the website behaves like a work in progress. What's in one place one day is somewhere else the next, and it isn't particularly intuitive. Like you, speaking as an ex-software designer/developer/implementer.
Was having the discussion with my podcast brethren - price hasn't changed on this for a number of years, but the number of sky games has jumped significantly. I reckon last season almost half the season was televised and therefore not available on Tigers+. So the price per game on this has jumped dramatically. Harder and harder to justify the price. 14 Sky games last season plus maybe another half a dozen selected as the international 3pm game?
Agree with that last sentence. Have you, or anyone else subscribing, ever received a confirmation email or indeed anything saying it's worked beyond the screen that comes up when the transaction is complete. I haven't, nor did last season, yet it still worked fine. You would have thought a confirmation email was not a huge IT task to add to the process.
Same situation here. System says payment accepted but no e-mail confirmation. The 140 pounds payment seems to be still "pending" when I check my bank activity on-line. No acknowledgement that the full season video streaming is functional yet (by e-mail nor by Tigers+ screen page) ! Poor design for user satisfaction and confidence in service.
It can be an absolute palaver getting a match ticket off that sh!t hole of a site these days... One family, one dream,my arse!!
Agreed. Tigers + pales in comparison to the two other football streaming services I use on a Win platform - "FUBO" for Prem League live (pretty much every game for the whole season available) and - "DAZN" - for German & French, some Italian Leagues, plus Euro Club competitions and International (nations) friendlies and Tournaments and some English Championship League and L1 & L2 matches. Prices tremeandous too. Get a grip City
