Nobody expects that. The constant blockers are something of a frustration. One that has only recently been introduced.
I can’t believe you’ve just used Gini as an example of buying cheap and selling for profit you mad bastard. Go look at who you bought him from
I think to be honest, a bit of it is this - but more so, that we’re unable to offer terms that are equal to or better than those on offer. Current climate players will always choose Liverpool. Understandable. They’re going to Man U for the money - let’s not dress it up. Not belittling the club, but they have been a magnet for cash thirsty players. Since our takeover, had we been able to offer competitive terms, we’d have been much better off than Manchester United, and with our trajectory, an equally as attractive destination. But, as always, those that can spend more will always have the bees round the pot.
Oh stop being so ****ing patronising Biscan Liverpool haven’t grown their revenues because they always do things the right way or because it all means more… Liverpool have been able to cement their place in world football since before I was born because they had a Sugar Daddy that bankrolled their player purchases and made them become a successful trophy winning team - there were no rules. We are pissed at the fact that we have a Sugar Daddy but there ARE now rules and all of a sudden you’ve forgotten that’s how you rose. Even Klopp decided to get in on the gaslighting by saying NUFC had no ceiling - the ****ing hypocrisy and deceit of that! Your club’s also got a smell of having tapped up (stories of personal terms) and unsettled our now want-away striker. Stop giving it the Liverpool holier-than-thou treatment
That was....er.... an interesting last 10 pages. Well with my time. Everyone appears to have turned in to Pouchy
There should come a point when all fans realise that players don't care much at all about the them. I mean these young men have dedicated their lives to a dream and Isak simply wants it take the last step to it. I don't even think Isak is as good as people think anyway. The quality in the premier league has simply been diluted. He's injury prone, inconsistent, downs tools, and moans at other players during matches, when he isn't fed... You watch Burns goal in the cup final... Isak doesn't care.. He looks disappointed for a moment. He's become a giant pain in the arse and he's all about himself.. Even his celebration. That's how you deal with him.... Classic mental gymnastics
He's an assett, our biggest ever and all I want is for us to get as much as possible from his sale. I don't want us to panic either and buy ****e so I'm comfortable if we only bring in say Wissa until January or next Summer where we will hopefully have time to scout for one or two more strikers. This is a long game and we need to be pragmatic.
I have to agree with this. He's an asset but is he as great as people seem to think? No. Shearer, Cole, Ferdinand, Ba were all better. He doesn't work hard for the team. He can be replaced.
Thats what happens when I fly back into the England to be faced with M62 closure and the general ****ness that the UK now is. Anyway back home in Northumberland so I can cut myself off from the world. Oh and it's back to work. **** my life!
