Huevos Rotos. Potatoes egg and Serrano ham. Sometimes it's fried potatoes with ham and egg on top, sometimes they chop the egg up and combine with the potatoes. Every place I've been there a slight variation. That one used fries and chopped up the egg. Proper stodge which is unusual for the Spanish. Highly recommended.
Chicken wings and cheesy omelette for lunch. Bought half a dozen extra large free range eggs from Lidl and every one was a double yolker.
Had a few round for a bit of grub on Sunday... Forgot to snap the steak and grilled chicken. Went too quick and I was still cooking. I present to you, chicken and bacon wrapped avocado skewers. Glazed with honey and sriracha. Grilled over lump charcoal with a bit of apple wood smoke. I always really enjoy these and usually make some nice flat breads but didn't have the time.
