I’ve always rated Charlie Hughes, was really good in that dreadful Wigan side managed by Kolo Toure. Sort of player I’d have liked us it look at if we’d not been promoted.
Laid back, but not lazy. He was often our best CB. He had some brilliant battles with opposing big men when we were defending corners.
I think we will go for a more natural CF, Mayenda and Isidor are what I'd call forwards - boys who are between a CF and winger I really rate Mayneda and hes going to be a beast if he puts it all together, just feel he needs rotated with a more natural CF
I’m Mayendas biggest fan but defo been a slow pre season for him so far. Got to do a lot more, doesn’t look a threat and hasn’t been ready from some great crosses.
