I dont rate williamson very highly i think he lacks paces and struggles against luis suarez type players but he is miles better than perch and simpson at cb, hope he is fit for saturday with colo and we will be so much more balanced

 

Nah he buggered his ankle in the Scunny game.

He's not as good as Taylor but he's certainly adequate cover, we'll do fine until January, we dont play any of the big boys anyway.

 

Willo's a good player but he'll be very rusty being out for so long ... so I'd prefer we play Perch and Colo and give Willo some time to adapt, even if we lose some points on the way... Also I reckon that with Colo's leadership in defence we won't be leaking goals even if Perch is playing

 

It would be a huge boost to have Colo and Tiote back

 

Yeah, he needs a few reserve games first. He looked dodgy against Scunthorpe before he got injured as he'd hardly played.

 

I'd rather Colo and Simpson if Williamson isnt ready, to be honest.

 

He's starting in the reserves tonight alongside Kadar. I think Pardew said he'll only get the first 45mins though.
