Thanks again RTB for the MDT, just what our team will look like at the start of the season is anybodys guess but the squad is building very nicely and I am sure we will soon have a team to be proud of. OaU.

 

2 parts of the stadium will be closed though shame that, 25% of off the 2 friendlies £20 each home tickets so i make that £10 off for card holders canny that Betis game should be good

 

Hopefully we get on the ball more and see what our new coaches have been working on. Wonder if it’s too close for Huggins to play again

 

Bought 3 tickets yesterday. Picked our season ticket seats and was amazed at how few seats were sold.

I always think it’s a shame that it sometimes doesn’t work out for players when they come to the club. We have had some disastrous loan signings and certainly some that never wanted to be here, but with Burstow it wasn’t for lack of application or attitude.

I was wondering about that too, and the strange decision to leave Zak and Nectar out of the squad last time out, having so little defensive cover was very puzzleing , and a bit naive imo.

 

After the Hearts game RLB said that he needs another 10 days

Patto:
Patterson missed the last three games with a minor knock and expected to be missing again tonight and probably this weekend. Le Bris has confirmed that there is no significant injury issue involved, so should be back for the new season. Will be keen to get back on the pitch and stake his claim for the new season.

Rigg:
Hasn't yet made an appearance in pre season and Le Bris said after the Hearts defeat that he'd be out for around another week to ten games*. So highly likely to miss the next two fixtures - and will then hopefully return in time for the final friendlies and the new season.
* echo typo should be days.

Wilson:
Has missed the last two games with a minor knee injury but there's no significant issue. Expected to be absent tonight then back in action on Saturday.

Nectar:
Triantis missed the game against Hearts due to a minor injury. Not thought to be a major issue but unclear if he'll be able to return for tonight's game.

Zak:
Johnson was a surprise absentee at the weekend having done very well in Portugal. Will have a prominent role at Hull if available.

 

Interesting maybes they have found a loan for Johnson

Hoping Rigg will get at least one pre season game

Hopefully some good minutes for Wilson on saturday
