Probably and his uncle will have defended him until this point and beyond. I wouldn't be surprised if they both blame Mitchell if true. It's past the point of finger pointing and internal bickering I would imagine.
Is he genuinely in town. Because why would he be when Eddie is on the other side of the world. Who’s he visiting? Andy Howe? Eales? Nickson?
There's nothing he can do really... Isak wants to leave and howe and his nephew have ruined the takeover after fighting for control or that's how it appears anyway.
The guy won’t take that kind of **** though I don’t think. If he is genuinely in town at this stage it’s because ****s hitting the fan. So I doubt he is genuinely in the UK. Why would he be when Howe and the team are on the other side of the planet.
It's not necessarily true what I said, but fighting for full control seems widely reported and accepted by many and what's followed has definitely been a complete failure so far. If it's true it won't look good especially given Mitchell quit because he was ignored and had his scalp taken over his assessment.
It’s all just a bit odd. If YAR is in town then Eales is the one meeting him. It won’t be anyone else because Eddie is in SK. So that means if he is in the UK then some serious **** is going to go down. He wouldn’t make the trip otherwise. Maybe it’s to appoint Eales replacement. But I can’t imagine he will be happy with the current state of play. It isn’t funny anymore. Even the happy clappers are seeing it and I’m not actually provoking here we are all more or less on the same page right now.
I hope so. Howe needs knocked back a peg or two. He needs to be managed and he needs to be managed well and hard. Quite how he has gained so much power is strange. Hes a great manager of a football team. But he needs to back off and let people run the club.
If anyone is searching for answers they'll never get the full story, but it is clear that Mitchell was right.
I’m going to say that I don’t think the PIF main man is coming to town to speak to a footballer. I genuinely don’t think that happens. And if it does then it shouldn’t because it doesn’t At any other football club. Let the people managing the club manage. And if he is then that’s a clear indication that the people running the club are letting him down. There is no way he is doing that.
He was right on the recruiting but maybe he went about it in the wrong way. He realised that there was a click. That buried deep in he couldn’t change. Howe has done very well. But his control nature and inability to accept opinion and change is evident. The man is a controlling person. He likes people around him who he can control. He doesn’t want people around him questioning things.
