This has really been a dishwater dull race.

Charles can’t live with the Maccas, Max doesn’t have the deployment to get past Charles down the straight. Hamilton the same with Albon.

Norris and Piastri in a holding pattern despite a tyre offset.

Hate Sky Sports trying to tell us it’s gone be a close finish.

3 laps left, 4.5s lead, and only gaining 0.6-0.8 a lap- it’s not gonna be close is it <laugh>

Everything feels forced and fake, from the cars, to the tracks, to the driver interviews to the commentary.

Haven’t been this disengaged for a while.

yeah, it looked like it was going to be close until the lock-up into 1, then it was over.
And another mistake, I think he is faster than Piastri, but doesn't have the consistency.

The opening few laps in the wet were decent, no SC which was surprising.

I’ve never known a mixed condition Spa race be so dull, after the first few laps it just seemed everyone was stuck in dirty air.

I really hope they’ve learned something from this experiment for the 2026 rules, because in reality these “more raceable
car rules” didn’t last any longer than any of the previous rulesets before following became an issue again.

Just too much dirty air, they need someone (Newey) to design an 'anti-diffuser' that doesn't disturb the air up as much and make that standard.
